Residence Brown - Rimini

Everybody was very helpful, and friendly in the hotel.If it's possible we will return in the future.

I received an email the day before I arrived to say the apartment was not available and was offererd a Hotel room instead at the same price plus breakfast which I accepted.The staff were very helpfull and the room was ok but a litttle small. Breakfast was adequate. The position was excellent. Good WiFi in room.

The swimming pool was covered over and the area around it was not in use.

The location was good, only 10 mins to station and even less to beach. There was a nice walk to the old town through the park which was a couple of minutes away at the end of our road. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony and contained everything we needed apart from a kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more roomy than some hotels I've stayed in. The water was always hot and there was heating in the bathroom and a clothes dryer provided on the balcony.

The apartment was a bit shabby and the blind didn't work so we had to get someone to come and sort it out.There was a lot of noise all night from 2 or 3 dogs in the surrounding residential area which barked continuously. The balcony was linked to next door and adjacent to 2 further balconies so there was no privacy whatsoever and it was noisy when the neighbouring children were outside. The main disappointment was that the pool which was advertised was not open until June and despite the weather being glorious with temperatures of 28 degrees there was no pool and no sunloungers to sit on. We had to go to the beach and pay 4 euros each per day for a sunbed.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Its close to two corner shops and beach.

Very basic as no microwave or kettle. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and hard.

We liked the staff and the location was a nice walk through a park to the centre of Rimini. It is located about 5 minute walk from the seafront which looked very clean. We gave some advice on how to make things a little better for future guests which was very welcomed by hotel staff and think that they are going to them on board so that is good. It all goes to making it a better place to stay as location wise it is ideal for everything that you could want on holiday.

Just the things that we discussed with them and they are going to improve those issues so cannot say that there was anything really. Very nice staff and willing to help when they could and approachable which we liked.

Wirklich nettes Servicepersonal, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht!

Leider waren in der 2ten Woche viel zu laute junge Leute so um die 19-20 Jahre auch im Hotel die nichts anderes im Sinn hatten als laut zu sein. Das Personal hat zwar reagiert aber einfach zu langsam ... dafür war es aber kein Problem auf Grund dessen einen besseren Preis auszuhandeln...

Die Abreise!!!!

Alles Das Zimmer sah aus wie in einem Saustall! Die Bettmatratzen hatten alle gelbe und schhwartze Flecken! Es krabbelten überall im Zimmer Insekten herum! Der WC Ring lag wort wörtlich in der WC Schüssel!!! Die Decken hatten Schimmel flecken! Der Kühlschrank war voll mit Schimmel

Ausstattung war ziemlich "schlicht", Rolladen teilwweise defekt

Stundenlanges Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft, bei Tag und auch nachts

Swimmingpool war sehr sauber und mit Bademeister

Wir waren 9 Tage im Hotel. Die Zimmer, Bettdecken und die Badtücher werden nur 1 mal in der Woche geputzt und ausgewechselt. Das Bett war alt und vom billigsten. Die Madtratze hing völlig durch. Das Bettsofa in der Stube stank fürchterlich. Dusche war klein aber sauber auch genügend warmes Wasser. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 8 Minuten war ok.

In wenigen Gehminuten am Strand.. sofort am Zentrum.. nettes Personal.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein bisschen erweitert werden.. Der Lärmpegel Nachts

La piscine et l'accueil

Manque de confort et d'espace (canapé lit dans la cuisine, déjà petite), d'équipement (pas de saladier, de cafetière, 2 verres pour 4, peu de prises électriques et très mal placées...) Salle d'eau en mauvais état (radiateur rouillé). Pas de connexion wifi dans l'appartement (obligation de descendre à la reception de l'hôtel). Et surtout beaucoup de bruit: circulation incessante jour et nuit + jeunes résidents très bruyants la nuit. Nous sommes donc déçus par les prestations de cette résidence: décalage entre les photos de l'appartement sur le site et la réalité (pas de balcon) Cet appart pourrait éventuellement convenir pour accueillir 2 personnes.
